Parkway hospitals are a part of IHH Healthcare, a large private healthcare provider in Singapore, and include Gleneagles Hospital, Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital, and Parkway East Hospital.
With a broad range of audiences from patients to corporate partners, the challenge was to create marketing materials that were clear, informative, and aligned with the distinct brand identities of each hospital within the group. Our work spanned a wide range of mediums, including pillar wraps, brochures, digital guides, children’s flash cards, posters, signage, and internal communication materials—each designed to ensure consistency with the unique visual and communication standards of the respective hospitals.
Our approach was rooted in transforming traditionally clinical content into engaging, user-friendly visuals. We collaborated closely with illustrators to create customised graphics that ranged from professional medical illustrations to child-friendly visuals for flash cards. This allowed us to tailor the design to suit different audience needs while maintaining clarity and visual interest. By applying a creative lens to complex healthcare information, we ensured the final materials were not only informative but also eye-catching and accessible to end users.
