Soilbuild Construction Group is an established player in Singapore’s built environment
sector, offering integrated capabilities across construction and prefabrication.
With a long-standing tree motif representing strength and steady growth, the challenge in this year’s Report was to evolve the metaphor while keeping it visually fresh and aligned with previous years. The design needed to differentiate the Group’s dual engines of growth—Construction (big tree) and Precast (small tree)—while reflecting their synergy.
We introduced a refined visual treatment of the trees to symbolise resilience, scale, and rooted expansion. The report theme and design work together to communicate Soilbuild Construction Group’s consistent progress across sectors, reinforcing its commitment to building with purpose, precision, and a long-term perspective.
We’ve worked on multiple Annual Reports for Soilbuild Construction Group, each shaped around the client’s request to feature a tree as the central visual—a symbol of resilience, strength, and growth. Across the years, we developed fresh interpretations of this recurring motif to reflect evolving report themes, ensuring each edition felt unique while staying anchored to a consistent narrative of progress.
